Greg and Chelsea’s Wedding Take 2 at Neo on Locust | St. Louis Wedding Photographer

If you have ever planned a wedding, you know there are a lot of moving parts. Guests, family, vendors etc. So much thought, time, planning, and coordinating go into making a wedding.

Chelsea first reached out to me in April of 2019 and asked me to photograph her March 2020 wedding. We met up in Kansas City in May of 2019 for their engagement session and really hit it off. I remember feeling that really giddy and excited feeling after their engagement session because we all had such an amazing time together! They are my ideal couple. Fun, laid back, and creative. I was so excited for their wedding in March 2020. I really couldn’t wait! I even told Heath many times…”I am really excited about this wedding!”

Well, then 2020 hit. Covid came to the US. And within 5 days of their planned wedding in March…..the world SHUTS DOWN! What!? Over a year’s worth of planning. All those moving parts, and then the big day they had been planning for and dreaming of had to be postponed.

I. CANNOT. EVEN. IMAGINE!

Thankfully….Chelsea had hired Altar’d Events for their wedding coordinating, and the team at Altar’d Events took care of everything for Chelsea and Greg. It seriously makes me tear up thinking about how devastating this was for them, and how amazing it was for someone to be there to figure everything out for them.

Chelsea and Greg pivoted and rescheduled to a new date….October 30, 2020. As beautiful as a Spring wedding would have been, I happen to be a little biased toward Fall. I love FALL! There is really something just magical and special in the air during Fall.

Their wedding was simply PERFECT in every way! I am soooo happy for them!!!! Here are a few highlights of their day!
