Mary and Shane’s Romantic Union Station Wedding | St. Louis, MO

Mary and Shane’s wedding was INCREDIBLE and it is hard to know what I liked the best. They put a lot of thought into all of the details that all came together to form pure magic from the string quartet, the painter, the booty artist, Bissingers chocolates, the Lustre Lights and of course, the stunning historic Union Station. We began the day with each of them in their rooms; I was with the ladies and Heath was with the guys. There was such a fun energy in both rooms as Mary and Shane each were getting ready full of excitement and anticipation. Seeing Mary all ready was sooo amazing, she was completely stunning!
We decided to do the First Look in part of the Union Station hotel that the floor was all lights, which created such a dreamy setting. Emotion filled this time and I felt honored to be part of this intimate and very sweet time with them. We then joined up with their bridal party and ventured around Union Station. The bridesmaids outfits were sooo elegant and colorful which was soooo gorgeous! After enjoying time with their bridal party over a few cocktails around Union Station, Mary and Shane took some time to themselves, which I loved that they did. Carving out time to just be along together to pause and connect together on your wedding day is so sweet. I love that they took some time for just them before their ceremony.
The ceremony took place in the Grand Hall and was completely BEAUTIFUL! The string quartet, the florals and the mystique of the Grand Hall created a feeling of yesteryear for me. I couldn’t help but to imagine people from ages ago hustling around trying to catch their train. How special to get married in such an iconic place.
After the ceremony was the amazing light show Union Station does on the ceiling of the Grand Hall. It was breathtaking and I loved every second of it!! The reception then followed and it was a PARTY! The BEST PARTY! Amazing food, the Lustre Lights, booty portraits, painting and lots of dancing! Did I mention the Lustre Lights?!? Because they were the icing on the cake! Completely AMAZING!!! Mary and Shane had the BEST wedding and I am sooo happy for these sweet souls as they begin their life together!
