The beautiful St. Louis Spring day combined with the beauty of Oliva on the Hill set the stage for a beautiful wedding for Stacey and Dave filled with so much love and laughter. It is hard to encapsulate this incredible wedding in a neat and tidy paragraph, so I’m just going list out the things that stuck out to me.
-Dave getting his son ready to be his Best Man was so sweet and loving.
-Seeing the photo sequence of Dave seeing his daughter all dressed up in her flower girl dress. (below)
-How fun and silly all of Stacey’s gals were while listening to Taylor Swift and recounting crazy stories together.
-Stacey and Dave reading their vows to each other right after their sweet first look. Emotions were so high as well as super happy!
-The KIDS! Ohmygosh! Stacey and Dave had quite the crew of littles in their wedding party, and they were EVERYTHING! Sooo much silliness and cuteness!
-Their HUGE wedding party! I loved seeing how much these two are loved by so many people! I was like, Man! Stacey and Dave must be some of the best friends ever to their friends! It truly was so special to see how surrounded in love they were.
-The BEAUTIFUL ceremony! I’ll just say this….having a ceremony at Oliva on the Hill is probably one of the prettiest spots in town. Sitting in that beautiful courtyard with the old world architecture and the draping ivy….you might think you are in Tuscany. Sooo romantic and intimate.
-Finally, the celebration that followed was so fun and laid back. I could find them either dancing or relaxing in the courtyard with their loved ones and friends. It felt so casual and elevated at the same time. They did their reception how they wanted it and I love that. It was perfect!
I probably am missing even more highlights….they were just so many.
We are still smiling from this completely gorgeous and wonderful day!
We are so happy for Stacey and Dave and wish them so much happiness for all the years!
